At what point of service will items be shipped?
You may use the timeframe listed below as reference to estimate the time for delivery of order.
In addition, if your order is personalized or you have added any changes/adjustment to your original order by contacting our CS team, it may take our designers a few more days added, expectedly 1-5 days, including demand detail exchanging time between CS team, customers and designers.

1. The above timeframe is only applied as reference during normal days, in which "days" refer to "business days".
2. The majority of our orders can be produced and shipped within the timeframe we offer above. However, the time period above is only an estimation based on the majority, which indicates that some individual cases might be different. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out.
3. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you.
4. Shipment during Holidays: During some certain U.S and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may need more production and shipping time. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.
5. International orders: Customs, depending on countries, might take additional time. We have no right upon the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

I never received my package, what should I do?
Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt and is waiting either pick up or redelivery arrangement.
For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 20 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can contact your local post office to demand for a check up/ redelivery arrangement. If it has been less than 20 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.
For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please also contact the local post office to acquire tracking details and arrange redelivery/pick up if needed.

How much is shipping?
Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to choose shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.
International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost, which may vary from one country to another and are upon the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine help specifying the charges.
