HOW OUR TEAM LK NATION RESPONSES TO COVID-19?
Here at LK Nation, like every community might react to the global health COVID-19 situation, our first priority is also the health of all our employees as well as our customers who still have faith in our products and services. Therefore, we would guarantee to keep all the members in LK Nation community updated about how we are responding to the situation, namely the changes we made to our supply chain in order to cope with the COVID-19 while maintaining our services.

1.1 Why does shipment take longer during the situation?
Delays are inevitable unfortunately, but it is normally because of the following reasons:
- We hold responsibility to take extra precautions in our production and packing process as it is necessary to keep our staff safe when working with the art work surface.
- In fact the production efficiency of our team has experienced a decrease as we have to follow the safety at work guidelines given by CDC and WHO. We are trying to maintain the most reasonable number of workers allowed per shift, who are now have to work by the rule of keeping distance of at least 6 ft while framing the canvas. In addition, we also have to keep not only them but also the work station sanitized, before we are able to sanitize the products as well as products packagings.
1.2 What should I do to get updates about my order status?
When the products are packed and register tracking numbers on the carrier systems, an automatic email including your order tracking number, the name of the carrier would be sent to your email or phone number ̣̣̣(if any). Then you might visit the official site of the carrier to have your order tracked using the tracking number given.
In case your order has not been processed and produced, it means we are still working on it and will send your item out as soon as possible.
1.3 Can I return my item? How can i do so?
As our office has been closed since March 2020 due to the COVID-19 crisis, there are unfortunately no representatives who are able to receive returned orders. Therefore, currently, we cannot accept returns.

2.1 How are you keeping your production centers & team safe?
Our managerial team is trying our best to stay positive and spread the positivity to all the LK Nation team members. In addition, we are also working extra hard to maintain our business performance at its best as can be to supply customers while keeping all the workers safe and healthy. All of the workers have been well acknowledge of the safety measures set out by both CDC and WHO, including wearing face masks, gloves while performing their tasks, keeping the work stations sanitized themselves. Currently, the frequency of the sanitization procedures as well as regular cleanings has increased. Moreover, it is not necessary to force but to encourage our own workers to be cautious as this is all about their own and their families’ health.
